Ultimately, whether a supplement aims to slightly boost your metabolism or curb your hunger, its impact is almost always modest. No pill or powder can replace the foundational work of a balanced diet and regular physical activity. They are, at best, a minor assistant in your health journey, not a magic solution that can do the heavy lifting for you.
